Pay for posts that actually ran.
Communities publish directly. An admin verifies each post. Your card is charged only for verified work — and the community's share lands in their account at the same moment, via Stripe Connect.
Every publication moves through these three states. No others.
12 verified publications · next charge fires at the ₪250 threshold.
Four steps. No back-and-forth.
There's no negotiation, no offers, no deals. Communities publish directly, an admin verifies, the brand is charged post-paid. The vocabulary on this page is the vocabulary inside the app.
- 1
Campaign
A brand sets a budget, saves a payment method, goes live.
- 2
Publish
A community publishes a post directly — no negotiation.
- 3
Verify
An admin reviews the proof and marks it verified or rejected.
- 4
Pay
At a threshold or month-end, the brand is charged. Stripe splits the community's share at source.
Pay only for posts that ran. Charged after the post is verified.
Hard budget caps
The platform refuses new publications once a campaign is spent. No accidental overruns.
Post-paid by Stripe
Your saved card is charged only after an admin verifies the post. No prepay, no escrow account on our balance sheet.
Operator surface
Real numbers, real states, no follower-count vanity tiles.
Spring serum launch
Publish, get verified, get paid. No negotiation in between.
Publish directly
Pick a campaign you fit, publish a post, upload proof. No back-and-forth on terms.

We never custody your money.
Each charge is a Stripe destination charge: the brand's card is charged, and the community's share is transferred to their Connect account in the same Stripe transaction. Xpread takes its application fee from the split. The community's share never sits on our balance sheet — not for a second.
- PCI-DSS Level 1Card handling and tokenization by Stripe.
- Tax forms generated1099-Ks and ILS equivalents at year-end via Stripe.
- ILS and USDPayouts land in the community's local bank.
- No-custody by designDestination charges split at source. We hold only our fee.
Three states. One direction. No money sleeps anywhere.
Every publication moves through these three states. The brand's card is only touched in step three, and the community's share is split at source in the same Stripe transaction.
Pending
Community published. Admin hasn't reviewed yet.
Verified
Admin marked it verified. It now counts toward the brand's next charge sweep.
Paid
Brand charged; community's share lands in their Connect account in the same Stripe transaction.
Money only ever moves in this direction.
5%application fee per charge.
No subscription. No setup fees. No per-seat pricing. The platform fee rides on each Stripe destination charge — we take only that slice, and only at the moment of charge.
Brands are charged only when posts are verified. The platform fee is bundled into that one charge.
Communities receive the agreed amount minus the application fee, with the deduction shown line-by-line on every payout.
The questions worth asking before you trust us with budget.
When is my brand actually charged?
As soon as your verified publications cross your current billing threshold, or on the 1st of each month at the latest. Pending and rejected publications never trigger a charge.
When does the community get paid?
In the same Stripe transaction that charges the brand. A destination charge splits the payment at source — the community's share lands in their Connect account immediately, the platform fee is reserved separately, and Xpread never sees the money.
What if my publication is rejected by the admin?
No charge ever fires for it. The community can fix and republish, or appeal via support. Brands are never billed for rejected work.
Are tax forms generated?
Yes. Stripe Connect handles 1099-Ks for US-based communities and equivalent year-end summaries elsewhere. Tax handling lives with Stripe directly, not Xpread.
Which currencies are supported today?
ILS and USD. Payouts land in the community's local bank via Stripe Connect. EUR is next.
Can a brand cancel a campaign mid-flight?
Yes. Pause or end a campaign at any time. Pending publications drop out and won't be charged. Already-verified publications still settle on the next charge sweep.
Who actually holds the money in transit?
Nobody, by design. A Stripe destination charge atomically charges the brand's card, deposits the community's share into their Connect account, and reserves Xpread's application fee — in one transaction. There's no Xpread balance to hold against.
Where does the platform fee come from?
It's set as the `application_fee_amount` on each destination charge. Communities see the deduction line-by-line on every payout. No subscriptions, no setup fees, no per-seat charges.
